Where She Went Summary

In the book I'm currently reading "Where she went" By Glayle Forman, Mia's ex-boyfriend Adam, told her while she was in the hospital he'll do whatever it takes to get her to live. So she did. It's been 3 years and Adam still questions about Mia. He's now on the road with his band and his new girlfriend. Mia went her own way too. She now has another addiction so far. Smoking. I think it's because of all the stress she went through without her family. 

Personally, I think this is person vs. self conflict, because I think Mia is still trying to understand that her family isn't coming back. The closet is her aunts, uncles, and such. She has her whole music career ahead of her to get her mind off of it for a while. Mia seems like a strong girl.
