In my book “Fallen Angels” By Walter Dean Myers, there’s
this man named Richard Perry. He is trying to hold onto his dreams in his
troubled neighborhood In Harlem, New York City.
Perry couldn’t afford to go to college, and he had to go to the Army in
the US to attend war in against Vietnam. His military leadership is careless
and brutal. No one in the war knows when
it would end. They wonder if anyone will be able to go home, or not at all.

Summary Of "The Sky Is Everywhere"
In the book “The Sky Is
Everywhere”, there’s a girl names Lennie. Her sister died a couple months ago
in the book. Lennie is a kind woman who loves to play her clarinet. Lennie was
feeling melancholy about her sisters death, but something strange had happened.
Lennie thought that her sisters boyfriend was appealing. She also left notes
and poems around town by coping about her sister. Lennie, her grandma, and her uncle, both are
depressed of what happened to Bailey.
At first,
Lennie seemed like a shy girl before her sister passed away, but now she’s
looking around and realizing that it’s a new world. People who didn’t talk to
her before are starting a conversation with her now. She never used to like
anyone, she would focus on school. Then Bailey’s boyfriend came along and ever
since, Lennie fancied him. She’s realizing what she has around her and she’s
taking chances and risks she had never done before.
